Qualifications
- Tenant screening required for all occupants 18+ (subject to local law)
- Income 2 times the monthly rent
- Positive credit history (670+)*
- Positive rental and work history
- We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports
*Unfavorable accounts which will negatively influence the screening result include, but are not limited to: collections, charge-off, repossession, and current delinquency, debt to a previous landlord, and open bankruptcies.

Tenant Responsibilities
- Changing light bulbs
- Changing filters (air, water, etc.)
- Proper use of fixtures/appliances
- Yard maintenance (refer to your lease)
- Minor toilet and drain clogs
- Minor pest control
- Reporting issues promptly to avoid further damage*
