Gerhard is simply awesome, and i recommend him to EVERYONE, and here is why: I was first time buyer looking for my first home. I started working with an agent who was "highly" praised on internet. I couldn't get a hold of him, couldn't get answers out of him, and always had to wait for something from him. All of that was because he was working with buyers who were looking/buying $500k+ homes, while I was looking for half of that, I wasn't "good" enough customer for that agent. That's when I started looking for a different agent and found Gerhard! From the get go he explained to me how to proceed in my situation and answered all of my questions! We looked at some houses, and then Gerhard recommended to me 1 house, which was a little bit more than my budget was, but Gerhard recommended very much and asked me to trust him with that recommendation. And I did!!! I bought my house and love it! Since then, it grew in price by over $100k, and my friends don't believe me about how much I paid for that house! When I started working with Gerhard, I saw that he is very good person, and so good that I completely trusted him with my house buying. My wife was pregnant and Gerhard went above and beyond to help, accommodate, and assist us! If you trust Gerhard, you'll be treated very well and processionally, and might even find a friend in him, like I did!
